Prior to her career in real estate, Roni worked in ad sales, receiving numerous accolades including salesperson of the year. With more than a decade of experience, Roni’s expertise in the buying and selling process, and her savvy negotiation skills are unparalleled. Having lived in the area for 30 years, Roni has a diverse network of friends and colleagues in the area, ensuring a constant source of properties in desirable neighborhoods. In addition, her deep knowledge of the neighborhoods and their nuances enables her to help find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. Roni lives in West Orange, New Jersey with her husband Mark and dog, Layla. When not working, Roni enjoys spending time with her three grown sons, doing yoga and cooking.

Coming from a fast-paced industry where exceptional problem solving skills are a necessity, Katie’s arsenal of experience sets her up to be a stellar real estate professional. Her determination, quick thinking, and negotiation skills make her both a buyer’s and seller’s dream. Raised in South Orange, Katie returned home after stints in Brooklyn and Los Angeles. She lives in Maplewood with her husband, Alex, daughter, Sylvia and beloved dog, Charlie. Katie’s proud to partner with her mother-in-law, Roni, at ChasinHomes. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, eating, and trying to master new exercise classes.
